The Journey of an Artisan
Paul Nhamussua's journey into the world of pianos began in late 2012 as an apprentice at The PianoMan, where he developed a deep passion for the craftsmanship and meticulous care required to work with these magnificent instruments. In 2013, he joined the company full-time, gaining valuable hands-on experience in every aspect of piano handling, restoration, and repair.
When the company evolved through different stages — from The PianoMan to The PianoMan Services, and later The PianoMan Technical — Paul remained a constant, committed presence. He stayed with them through every transition, continuously sharpening his skills and building a reputation for reliability and precision within the industry.
In 2025, after years of dedication and experience, Paul took a leap of faith and launched his own company — Paul The PianoMan — on his birthday, the 3rd of November. Starting from home with a clear vision, he now works tirelessly to grow the business, with the goal of establishing a fully equipped workshop, showroom, and professional spray room dedicated to high-quality piano cabinet restoration.
Over the years, Paul has worked on a wide variety of pianos and has even travelled internationally to countries such as Botswana and Mozambique for professional piano-related projects.
